Westbound developed and implemented an annual media relations program that featured physicians being sourced as experts on a variety of health topics. With competition among other hospitals in the market, it was important that Providence Mission Hospital physicians were regularly featured in the media,
especially during COVID-19. Because Westbound had been working with the hospital for many years, we leveraged our strong relationships with its doctors and
nurses to quickly secure interest with reporters and editors on trending news stories on a variety of topics, including cancer, heart health, water safety and much
more.

Our team effectively engaged with reporters and editors because of a broad range of expert physicians who we made available. This led to more than 100 local,
regional and national print, online and broadcast stories featuring Providence Mission Hospital on an annual basis.
