Despite nearly a century of service, Citrus Valley Health Partners’ impact was often overshadowed by larger Los Angeles health systems, limiting visibility in a highly competitive market. The transition to Emanate Health created an opportunity to redefine the organization’s identity and strengthen its presence in the communities it serves, but success required more than a name change. It demanded a clear, compelling narrative that could elevate awareness, build trust, and distinguish the system in a crowded healthcare landscape.


The Solution
Westbound launched a comprehensive brand campaign anchored in the simple, human-centered platform “health is…”, using patient and staff stories to highlight quality care, advanced technology, and real outcomes across the San Gabriel Valley. Through integrated advertising, media relations, and community outreach, the campaign established a consistent and recognizable presence. As COVID-19 emerged, we quickly expanded the strategy and positioned Emanate Health physicians as trusted media experts and connecting them with regional and national outlets. The result was a rapid shift from brand introduction to authority, as Emanate Health became a go-to source for credible, timely information during the pandemic.
