Citrus Valley Health Partners' life-changing healthcare was going largely unnoticed and often over-shadowed by the larger Los Angeles hospitals, prompting a brand relaunch to Emanate Health and tasking Westbound with building awareness through advertising, media and community relations.
In the first year of its brand re-launch, Westbound worked with Emanate Health to implement a comprehensive marketing and communications campaign. Patient and staff spotlights centered on Emanate Health's outstanding care, state-of-the-art technology and healthy outcomes and were featured across multiple media platforms across the San Gabriel Valley. When COVID-19 spread throughout Southern California, Westbound connected Emanate Health physicians with Los Angeles print and broadcast media. The result: Emanate Health and its physicians become the go-to experts for all media for stories about navigating through the pandemic.
