Looking for the internship experience of a lifetime? Westbound Communications’ interns have helped promote early childhood education, encourage kids to eat healthier, reduce mental health stigma, educate voters, encourage more shopping and prevent identity fraud.

Our highly competitive internship program provides hands-on agency experience with a wide variety of client projects.

 

For this position, candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and involvement in PRSSA. We seek seniors, recent graduates or graduate students from accredited colleges or universities. Public relations, communication and business majors are preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, Excel and online research.

 

Westbound Interns…

Now Hiring: Senior Account Executive and Account Supervisor

We are growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive and an Account Supervisor. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Candidates can work in our Riverside or Anaheim office (hybrid).

 

Here’s what you’ll do in this role:

 

• Design and execute integrated campaigns that engage the community and multicultural audiences

• Oversee media relations, paid and organic social media, event activations and community outreach for corporate, health care, government and retail clients

• Lead day to day communications with clients, driving strategic and tactical campaign elements

• Supervise and mentor junior team members

• Successfully develop and manage client program budgets

• Manage external vendors

• Work with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders
